Problem with the startbar Ok. I downloaded a theme, and now I can't right click in the start menu. I tried the Aero themes that come with Windows 7, but it doesn't work neither.
Can someone tell me how to fix this ? Or why is this happening ?

Tried with System Restore, too. Nothing happened. several solution for you
1.Try right click on the taskbar, chose Properties then Start Menu in the top. Customize, Advanced, then Enable dragging and dropping.
2.Or set the default settings
