Can i put Floating toolbar in Win.7?

    Can i put Floating toolbar in Win.7?


    Hello everyone,
    Just yesterday i put my Windows 7 Ultimate 64Bit on my laptop.

    When i had Win.Vista i always use the floating shortcut toolbar >
    like in the attachment picture, But i couldn't do it with W.7.
    Anyone knows how to put it here?

    You can't do it in Windows 7. They took that particular ability out of it.

    As an alternative to the Vista functionality you may be able to use a desktop gadget - have a look at this one here ....

    Hello DaYiM,

    In addition, you could use a free program like Fences to have a desktop dock/toolbar if you like though. It still will not remove the taskbar though.
