    Mouse settings for left-handed user

Guess I'm not too smart because even after a Forums search I'm not too sure what Forum to post this in....

I am left handed. I do know how to change the Mouse properties button to switch them. So that is not my question.

My question is this: recently (for the past month or so and for some unknown reason) every time I reboot my PC my Mouse button properties/settings revert to those for a right-handed person. Every time after a reboot I have to re-change them.

My settings used to "stick." But, for the past month or so, they no longer do. Any idea why my mouse settings seem to get wiped out every time I reboot?

    Hello DuLee,

This can help show you how to switch the mouse left and right button functions.

In the future event anyone else has my issue and runs across this post I'll follow-up....

The link from Brink (above) suggests installing Logitech's latest setpoint file. V220 Cordless Optical Mouse for Notebooks

My Dell-installed version was 4.x 32 bit. I installed 6.x 64 bit -- and now my mouse settings "stick" after a re-boot. Fixed!

    Thanks Brink.
