Whats a good App launcher gadget?

Well, I am really tired of spending ages looking through all my shortcuts at my desktop, so I was wondering if there is a good gadget that is specially designed for launching applications?

Y'know, something where I can drag a shortcut onto it then click it whenever I want so that it opens?

The best way to launch apps is a dock, like this

    Download ObjectDock 1.9 Build 543 - Softpedia

Alright, well I downloaded Circle Dock before, but I accidentally clicked "Hide" and now I can't use it...and when I try to uninstall it it says that I need to close the program first.

Any idea on how I can unhide it?

It should be on your system trey . First click on the red bordered button to show the system trey , and locate Circle dock there.

Then right click on the Circle Dock system trey entry, and in the upcoming window click on Quit.

    Now you can uninstall it.

try closeing from task manager under processes tab, or try to "unhide" or "show"

EDIT: try CleanDesktop v1.1 to get it back to show (havent tested neither ones so dont complain if ur cpu goes KABOOM!!)

I was at about 8 cups but I've cut down to about 4. My favorites are Oolong, Pu'erh, and green.
