If your computer is locked, you can't use it. Neither can anyone else. So what difference does it make what shows on the screen? It might as well be black. While locked, the only relevant functionality is the ability to unlock it.

    What's all the fuss?

Not everyone works in a server farm. Some people actually work in photo studio, art galleries or movie studios. When they step away from their computer, it is important to show the work that their business does.

Don't think you'll find one for Windows 7. The folks over at DisplayFusion conceded defeat a while ago, and this is a function that would fit right in with their software (ie. they stand to profit from this functionality, if it existed).
