Yep it is what I was looking for, but how can I use the one that you post Derek, will I use the program in the first page to apply it or ...? I'm confused, I never done this before.
@Arc: I don't know somehow when I click to the royal.theme file, the screen go black and I don't see the task bar or anything change??

I would use this program Kishan made since you already have the start button,

Change Windows 7 Start Orb with Windows 7 Start Button Changer | The Windows Club

Just follow the instructions, it's really easy.
