Remove buttons from Explorer Toolbar

Hi there, I've found loads of threads regarding adding buttons to the Explorer Toolbar but nothing really definitive about removing buttons. I apologise if there is a thread that I've missed somewhere. Please point me in the right direction. Like lots of ohters out there, I really want to get rid of the Burn, Share with, Email, Print buttons. Cheers.
