Use the folder icon from Windows XP in Windows 7?

First of all I want to thank you Brink for all these great tutorials, you've put alot of time and effort into these! What a wealth of knowledge.

I am interested in using the folder icon from Windows XP in Windows 7. I have an XP machine available. Is there a file on the XP system I can copy over (like a .dll or a .ico file) to my Windows 7 machine to allow me to do this?

Thank you!
