Corrupted .exe icon, help please!

Hi guys. I have a great problem. When I select an exe icon, here's what happens: http://i45.tinypic.com/x211t1.png

I tried rebuilting the icon cache and using your regs for restoring file types icons, but nothing What can I do? It's soooo ugly :S

You can try running the System File Checker (SFC)

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Or manually change the icon type

File Extension Icon - Change Default Icon
