Windows 7: question for updating the drivers

Hi guys,

For updating the drivers, Is it good to use programs like ( driver genius, device doctor, driver detective ) ?
If yes, which program is the best for this purpose ?
And is it possible that those programs will download the wrong driver and harm the computer ?

Always update your drivers from the Manfacturer's web site.
Then you will not get all the virus that come with those programs.

Never trust a 3rd party to automatically scan and tell you what you need. Chances are, your best intrests or needs are not thier priority.
