Updating my BIOS

I've been trying to update my BIOS as I realised how old the driver is, but I useless, as they tell me to download programs that cost and I just cannot be bothered to go through all that.

Could anyone give me a link to where I can just download an update please?

Try here, this is the driver page for your computer model number listed in your specs. Notice the OS says Vista but if its a BIOS update the only relevance of the OS is weather the flash utility will run in Windows 7. All the other drivers listed are for Vista. This could be the correct BIOS for your machine but a second opinion would be most welcome to confirm.

P.S Run at your own risk as we all know the risks of incorrect BIOS updates. Check the motherboard show to be P5LP-LE before flashing.
