    Hello,

When you right-click on the device, and select Properties, what does the error say?

And with good reason. As has been stated several times in your 5 other threads,

dealing with this old computer, there just are not any drivers for it. It has long since been discontinued and any support for the chipset on it dropped (last chipset update from 2003) that there is not now and never will be any Windows 7 drivers for it.
