Any Windows 7 6956 Nvidia Drivers?

I have been trying to find Windows 7 drivers for my 8800GT but haven't found anything yet. Are the Vista ones compatible or do I need Windows 7 specific? If so, do they exist?

Install the Vista drivers and you will be good to go.

These forceware drivers worked fine for me on the current downloads.
Try here for the 32 bit:

and here for the 64 bit:

My GTX260 was automatically detected as well as my nForce Ethernet Controllers. Although they are Microsoft WDDM drivers, I have yet to find any bugs with them.

I wouldn't worry about *age* as much as *compatibility* in the case of the pre-Beta Windows 7 OSs.

That being said, however, it seems that nVidia and M$ are working closely together, and if those *old* drivers work then you can rest assured that more than likely any newer drivers will also work.

Also, the links davehc posted are 181.00 drivers for nVidia GPU based cards....

Hmm I'm rolling with a 8800GT as well. But I have major problems with Windows 7. With the drivers it installs, I get system crashes even when I try playing Titan Chess! I tried the latest driver from Nvidia, the beta one, but I got the same problem. Anyone had this issues before? T_T
