Can anyone help with this driver issue?

I was checking my drivers for current and found this coprocessor driver error. I've disabled the onboard Nvidia chip for the PCIe BFG GTX260 card, could this be it disabled or something else?

This is the PCI bus 0, device 1, function 3 position and it's being called MSI-Nvidia ram controller. It may be nothing but I've had an ongoing issue with a start up BSOD that when it works through (about 40 clean boot to 60 BSOD before Win 7 log in screen, but music into plays thru speakers. Before I send my mobo back I've tried and tested my Corsair ram, changed out BFG cards, reset bios with battery removal and install, pulled a usb port from my system and such.
