long boot time... maybe drivers...
hello all...
i am having problems with the boot time of my laptop... it was a 50 sec bootup time from a fresh install but now, every single screen of the startup takes a very long time...
like the black screen after bios - 4 color balls to Starting Windows - black screen - green wallpaper without Welcome - green wallpaper with Welcome - desktop screen...
i tolerated a 2 min bootup before even though i know i have the Intel Core i5 processor... but now, it just takes so much time to startup like 5 to 10 min or so...
of course, I did some research and did some solutions which helped for a short time...
1. I already unloaded programs for startup from the msconfig such that they can mirror the default settings of a fresh win7 install...
2. I also automated the Intel(R) Turbo Boost from services.msc to hasten the bootup...
but now, the problem persists... i figured that it must be the drivers... so here is the list of the unloaded drivers...
...
Did not load driver \SystemRoot\SysWow64\Drivers\Mpfp.sys
...
Loaded driver \??\C:\Windows\system32\drivers\UBHelper.sys

I hope anyone can help me.... thanks!!!
