    6935 dolby drivers

hi everyone, this is my first post! i installed windows 7 on my acer aspire 6935 notebook! everything is working fine till now, just the speaker! it is fine too but it does not sound the same as when it was on vista,it was loud and of great quality!on windows 7,the sound is very low and it really sucks, this is probably because i dont have the dolby software or drivers.. acer aspire 6935 comes with

    • Optimized 2nd Generation Dolby Home Theater® audio enhancement, featuring Dolby® Digital, Dolby® Digital Live, Dolby® Pro Logic® IIx, Dolby® Headphone, Dolby® Natural Bass and Dolby® Sound Space Expander technologies
    • Two built-in stereo speakers and one Acer Tuba CineBass booster supporting low-frequency effects
    • True5.1-channel surround sound output

and i dont have any of them! can someone please tell me where to download all these? please! even if it is not drivers from windows 7,please tell me where to download them

Hi there avishaan and welcome to Seven Forums.

Not sure, but perhaps you'll find your drivers here: Acer Aspire 6935 / 3935G Windows 7 Drivers | Laptop Software

The problem seems to be that the dolby drivers are bundeled with their software. So your best bet would be contacting Acer directly

Sorry, I don't own any Acers and a quick search didn't show up anything else. As I understand, the Dolby drivers for Vista were part of your original installation. So I would try to contact Acer about appr. windows 7 couterparts or try to extract the vista versions from your rescue partition/DVD.
