EDIT TO TITLE: Processor is ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 4650, and I may have found it.

How do I go about obtaining the SATA driver for this particular processor. I am trying to complete this tutorial...

bosco88, welcome to the Seven Forums.

First thing is you are confusing what parts are what, and what is needed for what,

1. ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4650 is the video card in your laptop, of which this,

may or may not work with it. You don't list the make and model of your laptop but from what you list as the display it looks to be a Sony, in which case you will only be able to use the drivers for the video from them.

2. The processor. The only driver that a processor would need is installed by Windows, there are no updates or anything else for it.

The SATA driver you are asking about is part of the chipset, and again you would get this from Sony and will either be included in whatever chipset driver they have available or possibly as a separate download. Start here,

enter the model number of your laptop in the search box and see what they have.
