| | HP laserjet 1020-1022 driver hi guys,i have an hp printer and my operating system is Windows 7 x86,when i install the software for the printer it fails,i even updated the software for the driver but it made no difference,please i need help. |

| | Welcome to SF, Max2007. Please complete your System Specs. What errors do you see? Can you print a test page from the printer, itself? Do you see any errors in Device Manager? Is the printer recognized when you plug it into the USB? | | hi Lemur,about ur questions: 1.i attached it 2.no 3.no 4.yes i download the HP diagnostic utility but it doesn't recognize the printer,and no i didn't download 1022 driver i just downloaded 1020 driver and it didn't work.and when i want to add the printer from CP an error occurs! | | What if you click Add Printer, Have Disk, and point to the directory where ezinstall is. We just want the print driver. |
