| Win 7, Home Premium 35 posts | HP jet printer 5900 Hi, Just to let you know - in the first attempt by the end of system installation my WIN 7 RC did not recognize printer (USB) and I was advised to install driver from CD. As you know HP software is "heavy" and moreover in the end i got the message that installation was unsuccesful (3 files listed in red). It was not nice. And next morning I have found in system winupdate window an update for HP printers 5900 series. Quick installation and it works.  So be patient and keep trying. cheers, bjs |
