Dell Optiplex 755 Driver  

This is a late post but it may be another answer to the original post that may help someone. I am just getting started with Win7 (kicking and screaming all the way!).

The following article addresses both issues of the 755 doing unexpected resets and the unknown entries in Device Manager. Interesting reading, and appears well written.
