Have you tried updating the
drivers? You'll need to find the
64-bit version of the driver for Windows 7
Looking here, I see some other stuff, but no driver -

If 7 hasn't installed a driver, there may be not be any for the scanner, and certainly not ones for 64-bit
You can try the Vista drivers here....

Or you can try and run in compatibility mode...

Outside of that, you could try calling Epson's tech support and see what they have to offer, though be prepared to hear "sorry we don't support Windows 7 with that scanner"
No.... I'm not bashing Epson as I have two older printers and a scanner (circa 2002ish) that Epson does support under Windows 7 64-bit.
