    Looking at the system specs.....

    System Requirements
    • 233 MHz Pentium® II or higher IBM® compatible PC
    • 32 MB RAM
    • 250 MB free hard disk space
    • Available USB port or a USB hub with external power supply
    • Microsoft Windows® 98/98SE, Windows Me, Windows 2000 or Windows XP (Windows 95 is not supported)
    • 16-bit colour display at a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels
    • CD-ROM drive installed
    • Sound Blaster® or other Windows-compatible sound card. Sound Blaster 16 or higher required for simultaneous two-way conversation with full-duplex support
    Creative® WebCam™ NX Pro=

The problem with that webcam is age.... It's too old for Windows 7 driver support. Though you may have some functionality, it's not going to work like it did in XP.

In short, there are no Windows 7 drivers for it. The best you could do is replace it with something more modern that has support for Windows 7.

    Sorry

Does Windows XP Mode work for situations like this, or only good for program compatibility?

I believe direct download links are not accepted in the forums. You may want to edit that one.
