CCCP, Media Player Classic Home Cinema

Whenever i try to play a file in Media Player Classic Home Cinema i get No D3DX9.dll Found. This did not happen when i was on windows 7 x64 Build 7137. I am Currently running x64 Build 7201. Anyone has reasons why? Regards Zane EDIT: Fixed it by installing direct x updates from DXSetup March 2009 or if you have a fast internet connection by direct end user runtime.

Normally DX10/9 is bundled with nvidia video cards, but your system specs are not populated. I use cccp as well and I didn't run into this. Nice find.

    SOLUTION:
In the app, hit "View", then "Options", then under "Playback" hit "Output". Under "Directshow Video" change it to "System Default". That should fix it. If not, try other options under "Directshow Video". These are each different engines to play the video - some your system supports (has drivers installed for), some not. Try a few.

This is an easier solution than the OP's, I think.
