The drivers and software for the vx-1000 cam is here if your are using 7 BETA. Microsoft Hardware Windows® 7 Support Make sure when you install that your camera is unplugged and ONLY plug it in when the install wizard says to do so. After completing that reboot your system and it should work. That is exactly how I did it with a vx-1000 using 7 x64 beta and I have had no problem even works well with voice recognition.

ok i found the solution to my problem

it was linked to a windows installer bug problem crash, which you can find the solution there:
Windows Installer - can't install ANY msi package

Then i installed the 2.9 beta live cam, it worked

i can use it on live messenger,
