    I need a driver for my CD Drive


    Hi all,
    I need a driver for my CD/DVD R Drive, after reinstall of Windows...I was unable to use my CD Drive as Windows no more recognizes it...please review the attachment and help...

    Go into device manager and uninstall it. Then reboot and let windows detect and install it again. The drivers for that device are native to windows, so I don't think you will find any place to download them.

    Already tried that, Windows didnt detected my drive, this is the same problem with my Extrenal DVD Writer (Lenovo).

    Have you installed the chip-set drivers for your motherboard?

    Go to the above page. Use scroll on driver list. The last item in the list is marked as below. Download, run it follow directions and it will auto update throught Lite-On.
