Then uninstall the ATI Catalyst Install manager from control panel, uninstall programs
I can't uninstall them even from Control Panel. I only have the option to Change or Repair.

Fatbob change means uninstall too when you change it offers you the uninstall don't repair

use change then proceed to uninstall simple

Ok, so I did Change and I choose uninstall. I got the Program Compatibility Assistant again, but it still uninstalled (well partly). I did a reboot, and the ATI driver in no longer listed in the uninstall program list, but it appears as though the driver is still installed. I still have the ATI Catalyst Control Panel and all.

I tried running the latest driver again, but I still get the Program Compatibility Assistant popping up and I can't proceed any further.

ok it shows it supports you're series I just can't understand why it won't let you uninstall properly

have you checked your system health report it could show some issues of why that situation is going on

better yet do you know how to access this log i speak of go to performance and tools information from the control panel then click advanced tools
