Windows 7: Audio Driver for HP Pavilion dv6700 Laptop

I cannot get my audio driver to work. I have tried all of the drivers listed for my model and none of them have matched up. I have tried the vista drivers. I have tried several other solutions and have had no success. I have tried running the drivers in compatability mode with vista but no luck. If anyone could point me in the right direction I would really appreciate this as it seems I have no solution for this problem.

Alright I downloaded Speccy and it says I have no audio card detected. It seems to only pick up the things that I have drivers for. I have tried going to the hp site and auto detecting it. The drivers on the site do not work.

OK, try these first Realtek then if they dont work , these PC HD-Audio select the one you think matches the sound card you may have

Okay none of these work. I am getting sound from the headphone jack itself but nothing is coming out of the speakers. But the plate that has the volume buttons on it still works. I have no idea what this issue could be?

VolsVegasKing, If after trying all the drivers you and we have found and none of them appear to work , do you think there may be a problem with the mobo itself , The headphone jack would be on another circuit to the main speakers ,Without taking the speakers out of the laptop,I don't know any way you can test them
