he display driver nvmklddm.sys has stopped responding and sucssesfully

I use Windows Vista 32 Bit Home Premium.
I have this problem with my GPU!

I start my game and all the sudden there are some dots and flashes on my screen.
Then everything is black and then everything comes back to normal with a message: "he display driver nvmklddm.sys has stopped responding and sucssesfully recovered"
    Something like that...

I updated my Nvidia Geforce 8800 GT driver.
I tried chagning the monitor but still nothing.
I changed the cable between the GPU and the monitor but nothing!
I replaced the GPU but still non!

    WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLAM?!?!

some dots and flashes on my screen.
This usually means overheating, this is a know problem with Nvidia 8000 series

RAM may also be the cause, test your RAM with memtest86
    RAM - Test with Memtest86+
