Windows 7 Sharp LCD TV VGA compatability

Currently using Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit System. Trying to connect VGA to
Sharp LCD TV LC-42SB48UT VGA Input. Will not work unless BASE VIDEO is applied
in Start-up Configuration. Any change in BASE VIDEO App. causes instantaneous loss of Picture with "Not Supported" Emblem. Unable to restore from "Not Supported" unless reconnected to alternate Monitor. BASE VIDEO defaults to lowest
Resolution Setting upon each Start-up, therefore requiring Adjust Resolution upon every Start-up. Resolution matches those specified in Sharp Manual, just lowest
Resolution with largest image distortion upon every Start-up. Applied Windows 7
Driver Update, Video Driver has latest Microsoft Update. Sharp has no
Downloadable Video Software for LC-42SB48UT. Microsoft Support will not specify
any PC Microsoft Video Driver available for Sharp LCD TV LC-42SB48UT Compatability. Video Card-ATI RADEON HD 4200. Driver Provider-ATI TECHNOLOGIES. Driver Date-8/3/2010. Driver Version-8.762.0.0. Digital Signer-
MICROSOFT WINDOWS HARDWARE COMPATABILITY PUBLISHER. Any solution to
possibly storing Adjust Resolution Settings in memory while in BASE VIDEO Mode?
Is there a PC Video Driver that functions normally with Sharp LC-42SB48UT for
Windows 7? Neither ATI RADEON or SHARP have any Compatability Software or
Compatable Video Drivers with this specific LCD TV and Windows 7. Microsoft Support wont specify. Anyone with any ideas or suggestions?
