How to forceinstall a driver bypassing the compatibilit

yes the service is disabled. and yes i have tried disabling through group policy.

im trying to install intellitype drivers 6.20 since anything more recent blocks hotkeys through winamp for my keyboard model. and yes these drivers worked "PERFECTLY" fine despite microsoft being dumb about this probably trying to force people to use there newer drivers. so in short anyone know how to fully disable the compatability assistant which is completly blockign the install of this driver. i suppose i cna install through INFs but that wont install the software part of the driver i believe which enables the few media keys which i enjoy using while in full screen apps.

Have you tried to install the drivers with compatibility mode for Vista?
Have you tried the Windows 7 drivers from here? http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/windows7/support.mspx

dont take it in the wrong way but your stating obvious things ive tried numerous times. the stupid assistant seems to enforce blocking the software/drivers even with it being disabled regardless of compatibility and as i said any newer drivers do not allow winamp to access certain keys. only reason this is such a aggravating issue is EVERY build prior to 7201 ive used allowed the drivers to run and worked perfectly fine. main reason for this fuction to be needed is in full screen apps any other media player using media keys to change song or something will result in the screen being minimized as winamp does not.
