    Need a driver for CanoScan 5000F scanner, Windows 7 x64 HP


    Windows 7 Home Premium does not have XP mode.

    Got the x64 bits driver easily at canon site...for me CanoScan aswell...you should get it there.

    They don't have a windows 7 x64 driver for this particular scanner model at the Canon site since this is an older scanner (from the year 2003). I contacted Canon and was told that they don't provide a windows 7 compatible driver for this scanner.

    I bet you'll have now to install your x32bits drivers in compatibility mode:

    Compatibility Mode

    or, if this one can help either:
    Drivers - Install Vista Drivers on Windows 7
