    SAMSUNG NOTEBOOK-PC R480 Unrecognized driver port

    So, whenever I turn on my computer, it tells me a port in my computer has malfunctioned. This is my webcam. I have NO idea how to fix this, since it's built in, and It doesn't detect my webcam.

    My laptop is a SAMSUNG NOTEBOOK-PC R480;

    If anyone could please help, I'd really apperciate it.

    Thanks.

    I forgot to add if your running the 64bit version you can always go to device manager>click on the device>properties>details tab>drop down menu> select hardware id> copy and paste the hardware ID string and we can see if we can find a suitable driver for your web camera.
