    Realtek HD audio driver problem

    Hi friends..:)

Am using Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit, I don know about my sound card, How can i find it?

I have installed realtek r2.55, its features are really good..! Am thoroughly enjoying it.. but, i have a problem. If i listen to music more than 3 or 4 hours or watching one or two movies continuously.. suddenly the sound strucks and sounds like old gramaphone records struck in middle..... not even system sounds are working at that time..! It turns back to normal after a restart..! But this problem occurs again and again...! Kindly some one help me to sort this out...!( This prob has never occurred when i was using default MS HD Audio Driver )

And, One more help.. am so passionate about voice recording, I use AVS Audio Editor for recording my voice in Windows 7. It has no probs when recording in 2 channel stereo, but it displays error if i try to record multichannel more than 2, (i.e 2/1 surround, 5.1 surround etc.) Please help me what should i do.. to do recording in multi channels...!!

    Thank you...:)

Their are several ways one would be og to your MB site and lookup the drivers for your card, it should tell you what it is.

The other is to go to device manager>click on sound device>properties>details tab>drop down menu> select hadward ID>Copy and Paste it and either we or you can put it in a search engine and it should direct you to what it is.

    Dear nandhudoggie,

as regards your unanswered query ONE----> I would be concerned about the heat inside the CPU! So, let's monitor it with SpeedFan. Website to download it :

SpeedFan - Access temperature sensor in your computer
Can you kindly post the results?
    regards,

    Dear nandhu,
You are welcome! pl.download the software(link above) and you may either give us a snapshot using "Greenshot" OR VVcap--> both are free and excellent screen capture tools OR just type the values! Very simple to use is Greenshot! Give it a try! Website to download : Greenshot - a free and open source screenshot tool for productivity
