New GMA 500 Drivers!!!!

Finally. Not perfect but better. From netfreak @ the pocketables forums:

Guys,

we do seem to have a moving here:

there's a new driver for Atom GPU on intel site
http://downloadcenter.intel.com/filt...3&submit=Go%21

I installed it on Windows 7, ran a CrystalMark test and here what it shows:
GDI - 1405
D2D - 674
OGL - 230

It is more than I had before (D2D was 200 at most)

UPDATE: the problem with black desktop after sleep is solved

UPDATE 2: I have turned on Aero on W7 and woking with my system as usual, but the responsiveness of the system is superb. It is first time that I am happy to work with Vaio P, cause it now seems as to be worth its investments
Keywords: GMA 500, GMA500, Netbook, Dell Mini Atom, Intel Drivers Suck
