Bearing in mind that I don't have a webcam, the one that I think you require is Night Vision 500K (IT-305WC).

THERE IS a working driver for the Intex -IT305WC under Windows 7 and Windows 8 (both x86 and x64) and I doubt it wouldn't work under Vista too.

Download this driver : DRV_ZC0301PLH_070329.zip

Vimicro Products

Install, restart, if you're asked to... and enjoy your webcam under newer Windows editions.
