| | No Driver Files Are Loaded For This Device... Hey there - Just a quick question regarding Device Manager. I was updating some drivers and was checking through System Devices and noticed that when I checked the properties on some of the devices ( Intel ICH9 Family SMBus Controller 2930 for example ) it says that there are no driver files loaded for the device. However when I click the driver tab it lists information as if drivers are loaded. When I try to update the drivers nothing happens so I'm not sure whether the device is working or not - it's telling me two conflicting answers. Any ideas? THANKS! - Tagen |

| | If there were no driver for the controller, you would know it by problems with the computer That being said, if there are no very small yellow markers by the device in the Device Manager, you are ok. |
