    RST driver problem

    Hello
I got a DELL Inspiron n5010 and win 7 64 bit .I Have to INSTALL this for my hdd.
This was installed before format.I dont know how they installed this driver. But now I cant install it. It says ; Error , System doesnt meet requirements to install this software ( I hope I translated correct) .I tried to install from the driver dvd that came with laptop.
I even tried to install the older versions but no , it cant be installed.I called Dell , they said wait for the new version of the driver. But I dont know when its going to be released.
I need to install this because Hdd makes a voice like clicking. Please help me install this driver...

You might have change in the bios settings the Ide to Ahci.

Check before in your bios..Go in the Events Viewer see if there's any errors on disk..

"Microsoft-Windows-Disk-Diagnostic"...could be some bad sectors to repair either.

At least you've been able to check what's up with the Hard drive...Better change it before it fails.
