one problem with two sandisk drives

    hello,

sorry for my bad english english is not my native language...

here's the problem: i have 2 usb flash disks (sandisk cruzer micro 4gb and sandisk cruzer blade 4gb) both of them, after asus motherboard drivers update (with driver genius 10) not working in windows 7 x64 ultimate. i didn't made windows restore point before update process. only all drivers backup. when i noticed those two usb flash drives causes problems i tried roll back all drivers with same program. nothing happened, problem remains. then i tried go to control panel>hardware>devices click on sandisk icon and uninstall that driver. but this is helpfull only once (after fresh usb install i can see it in my computer), when i trying to connect usb flash again, i cannot locate it in my computer. of course those two cursed usb disks perfectly working in my laptop with windows xp. and i tried to kill partition with killdisk, format again. my other usb flash drives apacer 2gb and adata 8gb working well in windows 7.

so how i can fix this crazy situation?
    sorry for long post

Hello Lauris Welcome to the Seven Forums!

For flash drives including the San Disk brand you don't need any device drivers. You simply plug them into a usb port and should see a prompt by one of your security programs automatically to run a scan if the drive is good.

If you ended buying a pair of bad drives or have a problem with the usb port being used the drives won't show up. Since they work on a laptop I would be looking at the usb port as the problem.
