Driver Dunce
I'm hoping to get a couple of general questions answered. I've recently and carelessly done a clean install of Windows 7 Home Premium and have been having some driver issues (I'm finding that I bit off more than I can chew and have thus donned a dunce cap + bib), and in trying to resolve them, I've come up with a couple of questions that I have not been able to google answers for.
I've noticed that some of my devices have multiple drivers. I have two processor drivers (both identical), two audio drivers (both different drivers), and multiple identical and different drivers for system devices.
So, I have 2 general questions:
1) Should I have 2 drivers for one device?
2) Should those drivers be identical, different, or both depending on the situation?
