How can I replace the files mouhid.sys and maybe mouclass.sys My screen shows a dead mouse pointer which although visible and occasionally showing hour glass it can not be moved. so I am left with keyboard what problem that causes no mouse. Never expected to have this problem ..a mouse corruption. I can still use my keyboard and all programs are seemingly functional ..eset scan reports nothing sfc report nothing chkdsk nothing I do start up repair can use the mouse during this action.....same problem mouse pointer right in middle of screen after repair....says some problem could not be repaired I try to do a restore..will not accept them 5 times I tried with different time points in devices manger I see the driver is yellowed message telling me it either corrupt or missing...I uninstall it and boot...still same pointer remains on screen weird eh as if it overlaid. I looks in devices again see nothing ..so I place mouse in USB and it load but still does not work .. driving me mad..help please
