The file you downloaded is a compressed cabinet file. Double click it and copy the files inside to a new folder. Then browse to that folder using device manager.

From the hardware ID "PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_3582&SUBSYS_05621014" trim off "&SUBSYS_05621014" and only search for "PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_3582"

I did what you said but it still didn't work. I found 5 drivers, downloaded 2 of it, because the other 3 are like the same only lower in size.

OK, let's see where you went wrong then. First, did you install Windows 7 32-bit or 64-bit? Next, post the hardware IDs for each problem device in device manager. Thanks!
