    Eee PC 1215T Wireless driver


    hello, my windows 7 ultimate 64bit can't recognize wireless device. it isn't in device manager at all ! (i isn't unknown by an alert sign, it is hidden)
    i have downloaded wireless driver for 1215T from asus.com but it has many models (about 60MB !!) and i don't know witch of them is my device.

    thanks, Fn key don't works. witch driver i should download for it from here?

    If the device does not show up in device manager then it is either disabled in the BIOS or has been turned OFF. You will only be able to know which driver to load when the device shows up in device manager. You will then copy the hardware ids from the details tab of the device and paste it here to learn the proper driver. ASUS uses several different WiFi vendors and it's impossible to know which one is in your netbook without either opening the computer's case and looking at the minipci card or enabling the device so it shows up in the device manager.

    You can update drivers for your Asus 1215T from here:
    ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support- PC 1215T&SLanguage=en-us

    Try Version v8.0.0.316.

    wireless was enable in the bios.
    now...? (i think that it need a simple software for enabling Fn key to works but i can't find it in drivers page)

    thanks baarod, it didn't solved problem.
    it was my mistake! network controller was the same wireless device in device manager [with yellow notice sign]
    i searched the PCI/VEN details of it and result was this:
    Broadcom Wireless LAN Driver ver.5.100.57.8 Windows 7 & Vista 32bit/64bit | Laptop Drivers Download
    [for PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4313, PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4727 ]
    i will try it...
