| Windows 7 professional version 1 posts | HP 2575 Photosmart printing problem I have Windows 7 professional edition on my PC. I am using HP Photosmart 2575 All in One printer. When I try to print, the printer does not print. When I check the printer under control panel, the trouble shooting tool tells me that the printer is not printing because there is a pending file that was not printed. I deleted the file that was waiting in queue and tried printing again. Ran into the same issue. I deleted the printer from the control panel and re-added the printer and installed the updated driver. But kept getting the same message. Help! |
