Does anyone have the Windows 7 32 bit driver for the above? Tried to upgrade from XP to 32 bit Win 7 but it is not seeing the drive. Downloaded the Vista 32 bit firmware update but it wouldn't install.Any ideas?
Still looking for a solution, Has anyone else got the same problem?
Hi wilywombat the only thing I could suggest is have you tried installing the firmware in compat mode ? Even some of Dells win7 drivers need installing this way

Thanks for replying, I tried to install as admin but no luck. I have hunted high and low over the interweb and found the solution last night....
Solution as follows:-
Regedit HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE3-BFC1-08002BE10318}
In right hand pane if UpperFilters has a value, delete it. If LowerFilters has a value, delete it. Reboot.
In my case it only had a value for LowerFilters, but I deleted it, rebooted and the drive was back to normal.
