Chkdsk d cannot open for access
when i preform chkdsk D: it says cannot open volume for access. the reason im checking this drive is cause when i put dvds in the drive it says please insert a disk into drive d or sumthin like that. yet i already have sumthin in it. so im wondering how to fix this problem, when i first bought this laptop (its windows 7 by the way), it played dvds perfectly but lately it hasnt. i dont know what happened but its very irritating. any solution to fix this would be greatly appreciated Thank You!
