| | Hello Tommy, I always read the release notes (if available) about the BIOS update to see what changes or fixes it makes to see if any may apply to me or not. I usually update anyways, but if nothing applies, it may not be necessary to flash the BIOS yet. |

| | The Biostar site should have some notes as to what the update is fixing. If the update is addressing some issue with RAM, CPU or some other compatibility issues, then you may need to update. Normally though, an update probably does nothing for the majority of users, in terms of added benefits. |
