The most illusive drivers I have encountered

If any one has an idea where I can find these drivers please share. I have been looking for a week now.
Maxtor internal Sata hard drive. model is STM3200820AS

You issue is probably with the mobo drivers.

why do u need a driver for the harddisk? they're generic.

+ 1, if you're having issues with a HD controller then it is the motherboard chipset that is most likely the culprit. What is your MB make/model?
