    Logitech Cordless Elite Duo

Hi all, I have looked all over the net and in windows and have not been able to find a way to remap the side mouse button (to do double click instead of back) on the cordless mouseman optical (does not use setpoint). Also, some of the multi-function keys on the keyboard of this combo do not work (used itouch). Logitech does not support these products any longer and I don't want to give them up as I think the new mice don't fit right (and they still work fine - except for these programming issues). Any way to change the mouse button remap in the registry or something in Windows 7?

    Hello msuguy71.

You did try the mouse settings in Control Panel right? You can remap buttons there.

You have to use the setpoint drivers for that functionality or whatever the logitech drivers for that were called.

Hi, thanks for the replies. The windows control panel does not allow remapping the side or wheel buttons (which is surprising since almost all mice have at least a wheel button now). Also, the setpoint drivers do not recognize my mouse. Is there a way to get them to recognize it?

Cool. Now if I could just find a driver for my scanner and my tv tuner then all my hardware would be working under Win 7 x64.
