USB Drivers seem not to respond. -.- I started my computer this morning, and I plugged in my iPod, My computer had no part in it at all, Did not even charge, my iPod did not even know it was there.

I just formated my pc, when its start up after a few seconds, i can't move my cursor and my screen is frozen for about 5 seconds, and then i hear a "boop" sound, and sometimes randomly, for example when im in google chrome i cant search for anything, i cant close google chrome and i cant open any...
The last week i have connection issues like not being able to use my browser cause theres not internet connection while my skype is normally working.. So when when i run troubleshooting the result is that the dns does not respond.
As i read somewhere i should run the ipconfig/all and so did i....
Though magnifier.exe has disappeared from Accessories, I do know how to find it. However, it does not work as it should; it stalls everything until I stop it in Task Manager, which clearly states magnifier is "not responding." How can I get it fixed?

running windows 7 pro 64bit, when leaving computer on all day and returning from work none of the short cuts on start bar will open and can't select restart from start menu, have to use keyboard to shut down computer. haven't looked at minidump or event viewer yet.
