    Hello everyone
i have some problem with non plug and play drivers.
while scanning it with tune up utilities i was getting these error that certain drivers are missing. Initially i ignored but the list of drivers increased. then i checked and came to found that certain drivers in non plug and play drivers are missing. there are around 35 drivers and starts with certain code, the first one being MpKsl02ee8c34. I have attached a screenshot of it. i am not facing any problem in my laptop except may be start and shut down has become slow and even office startup.may be some problem in msword, but i am not sure about whether the drivers are creating such problem. so what should i do?? uninstall or if i have to install than how???? i am using dell vostro3400/window 7
    waiting for help. thanking you

    Hi,

The best thing to do would be to remove all those strange drivers and if given the option "remove driver software" too. Just right-click each 1 and select "Uninstall".

The perform a full system scan using MalwareBytes and see if it comes up with anything.

    Hello orbital shark and everybody

as per your suggestion, i installed malware bytes and checked for malware . i found the following things infected(although i use two antivirus Microsoft security and trend micro):

    Registry Keys Infected: 1

    Registry Keys Infected:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall

    Files Infected: 1

    Files Infected:
    c:\program files\MSOTools\CFUninst.exe (Worm.KoobFace) -> Quarantined

after quarantining the files, i again rescanned and found zero result.

After that i uninstalled the above mentioned missing and corrupted non plug and play drivers. i dint found though any major changes in my system.

but after two weeks i have come to know that such corrupted and missing non plug and play driver are again appearing.
is this because of missing registry key or is any malware reappearing?? were the previously detected malware dangerous? what should i do next?

i am finding problems while working with office. many temporary files are created when i am working with a ms office file. also after deleting a file or folder, its image still remains at the same place until i go to other drive (i.e its is seen present until next time).

Please help me. Thank you in advance
